Blocked Senders: We guarantee our servers will be available to accept
your email but we do not guarantee we will accept it. Our security systems block
senders for spamming, sending viruses and for violating Internet Email RFPs.
Propagation Times: When you add a new email account to your server, it
can take up to two hours for that new email account to get copied to all servers in
the email system clusters and to the security system. So, we may not accept
email to a new email account for an hour or two.
We are not responsible for email problems when (1) your domain name
expires, (2) we do not host your email, (3) we terminate your service for
spamming or (4) we terminate your service for past due invoices. It is your
responsibility to pay your bill. If you do not pay us, you have no guarantee of
service.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for customers to connect to our mail system
to send and receive email.
Who has our Always Up Email Guarantee? You have our guarantee if it
appears on your invoice. Please ask your account executive.
