3. Does not provide web site hosting or email services for "adult" (XXX) web sites, for or web sites or organizations associated with spamming, hate groups or illegal activities.

CommerceStreet.com provides "Shared Hosting Services", where a number of different customers have their web site hosted on "shared machines".

It is an "Inappropriate use" (abuse) of our services to:

1. "Stress Test" web and mail servers.
    
2. Attack web and mail servers with "hacker" programs.
    
3. Attack or try to access other web sites on the shared machine.
    
4. Use our services to launch attacks or "stress tests" on other service provider's systems.
